| Refund, Delivery, and Privacy Policy |
Requests for refunds for items are subject to a minimum re-stocking charge of 10% for ordered items that have not been opened. , but delivered and up to 25% for shipped and received items which have been opened and used within 2 week from date of purchase. The returned item must be in a re-saleable condition. Damaged items will be rejected. If the manufacturer's warranty is still in effect, a shipping charge applies. Refunds maybe done on-line. Sales completed after 14 days are final, however trade-in for products of higher value is negotiable..
Delivery charges are not refundable.
